Navigation Centers and SAFE Navigation Centers

Central Waterfront Navigation Center

  • 600 25th Street San Francisco CA 94107
  • Status: Extension proposed
  • Capacity: approximately 64 beds
  • Community Input.  The City completed a robust community input process before this site was opened in 2017. There will be hearing related to this item at the Port Commission on April 14, 2020.  The Street Vacation Ordinance that is related to this project will be heard at the Board of Supervisors no sooner than April 20, 2020.

The Navigation Center Neighborhood Impacts Report is a study on the neighborhood impacts of Navigation Centers and addresses questions regarding the impact on crime, property values, sense of safety and visibility of homelessness in the neighborhoods surrounding Navigation Centers.
