Access Points are localized community gateways into San Francisco’s Homelessness Response System, which is the overall system of programs and housing opportunities for people experiencing homelessness. These Access Points also provide Problem Solving, assessment, prioritization, and referral to shelter, housing, and other community services for San Francisco youth experiencing homelessness.

Alternatively, Transitional Age Youth experiencing homelessness can also contact SFHOT by following the guidance for adults.
