Youth Temporary Shelter

Transitional Age Youth (18-24) can contact a Coordinated Entry Access Point using the information below to connect with a specific Access Point.  

Youth can contact a specific Access Point using the information below. If no one is able to take your call, please leave a voicemail with your name, contact information and preferred language. You call will be returned within one business day.
