Chief Equity Officer (position open through: continuous)

With mindfulness about the racism and bias that has disproportionately created homelessness among people of color and LGBTQ people, HSH is committed to equity in our Department, systems, and programs. The Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) is looking for a dynamic self-starter and bold leader to join our team as HSH’s first ever Chief Equity Officer. The Chief Equity Officer will report directly to the Department Head, will serve as a member of Executive Leadership Team, and will partner with the Deputy Director of Programs to develop and drive forward the key strategies of the organization. Care Coordinator Service Manager (position open through: continuous)

The Care Coordination Services Manager reports to HSH’s Deputy Director for Programs and is responsible for coordinating HSH services implementation under San Francisco’s Whole Person Care (WPC) program. Responsibilities will include developing and monitoring WPC contracts and procuring services; coordinating with Human Resources to recruit staff; assuring timely reporting to stakeholders including the California Department of Health Care Services (funder) and the WPC Steering Committee; assuring and monitoring project workplans and dashboards; and serving as the liaison between HSH and WPC partners, outside agencies and other departments/programs. Coordinated Entry System Manager (position open through: continuous)

Under the direction of the Deputy Director for Programs of the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH), the position will be responsible for oversight of the ongoing implementation and continual quality improvement of the San Francisco Coordinated Entry System and Comprehensive Homeless Data Solution called the San Francisco Online Navigation and Entry (ONE) System. Housing Services Coordinator (position open through: continuous)

The Housing Services Coordinator reports to the Director of Housing Services at HSH and is responsible for coordinating HSH services delivery to the permanent supportive housing residents. Responsibilities will include coordinating the implementation of services and providing oversight of ongoing services activities including on-site case management, reports, budgets, workplans, staffing, and communications, establishing and implementing developing and monitoring contracts and procuring services; providing training and supervision and; assuring timely reporting; assuring and monitoring project workplans and dashboards; and serving as a liaison between HSH, outside agencies, and other departments and programs. Junior Administrative Analyst (position open through: 1/29/2021)

Under general direction of the Deputy Director for Administration and Finance, the Junior Administrative Analyst performs professional-level administrative and management duties for the Administration and Finance division of Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. The position assists with management of day-to-day operation of the division in a variety of functional areas, including its contracts, facilities, fiscal, information technology, and human resources teams, and is expected to exercise sound judgment and take initiative. Program Support Analyst (position open through: continuous)

HSH is looking to fill several 2917 Program Support Analyst positions throughout the organization. Under general direction, the incumbent performs a variety of highly complex and responsible professional administrative duties in the planning and coordinating of the activities and programs of the assigned program; coordinates assigned functions and activities among department divisions; and provides highly responsible administrative staff assistance to the assigned executive staff. Real Estate Project Manager (position open through: continuous)

Under general direction, the Real Estate Project Manager plans, analyzes and oversees complex work involving significant accountability and decision-making responsibility for real estate development, negotiation and planning for HSH-supported housing, shelters, and service sites. The Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for carrying out, interpreting, and coordinating existing policies, methods, and procedures in partnership with the Real Estate Department in the acquisition, construction, and leasing of real estate projects for HSH; reviewing expenditures of large amounts of money for real estate related activities, making personal contacts with departmental representatives and the general public involving discussion, explanation, and interpretation of policies; preparing, checking, and reviewing detailed and complex technical real property records and reports; the overall supervision of the preparation and analysis of technical records, reports, and documents dealing with property acquisition, construction, and leasing activities and functions. Senior Behavioral Clinician (position open through: continuous)

Under the supervision of the SFHOT Director, the Senior Behavioral Health Clinician provides leadership overseeing client outcomes, i.e., engagement, access to benefits, medical and behavioral health care, and access to transitional and/or permanent housing, while providing quality assurance and operational oversight.  The Senior Behavioral Health Clinician functions within the Leadership Team of SFHOT and the program is comprised of staff from Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH), Department of Public Health (DPH), and non-profit contract staff through Heluna Health. The Senior Behavioral Health Clinician’s work within the context of best clinical practices including harm reduction and trauma informed care. For more information, see the posting here.

Supportive Housing Program Supervisor (position open through: continuous)

Under general supervision of the Manager of Supportive Housing, the SHP Supervisor administers and coordinates contracts, grants and other funding sources to support HSH Supportive Housing Programs, including the preparation of periodic reports and presentations; leads negotiations with service providers to ensure targeted clients have access to program benefits and facilitates positive results; provides technical assistance and consultation to community organizations and service providers; assists in interpreting, understanding, implementing and coordinating program goals and activities; coordinates with HSH’s Contract Division to manage consistent and effective contracts with providers; coordinates activities and assists in developing and implementing systems and best practices to support operation of programs.
