BOS Committee Hearing: Capital Plan and Placements to Housing & Shelter

The Budget and Appropriations Committee will discuss the 10-year capital plan, which includes proposals for HSH sites. The Committee will also consider a resolution urging Mayor Breed to fund 2,000 more shelter and housing placements in the budget.
