Community Meeting: Permanent Supportive Housing Proposal for 1174 Folsom

The Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) is proposing to acquire the building at 1174 Folsom Street. The property would serve as Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for Transitional Age Youth (TAY). The proposed project would provide long- term affordable housing with onsite social services to young people exiting homelessness and further the city’s goal of addressing the homelessness crisis.
