The Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) is proposing to extend the agreement with the Port of San Francisco to continue its interim use of Seawall Lot 330 as the Embarcadero Navigation Center.

The Embarcadero Navigation Center opened in December 2019 and provides temporary shelter to up to 200 adults experiencing homelessness.
