At the November 6, 2018 general municipal election, the voters approved Proposition C, which imposed additional business taxes to create a dedicated Our City, Our Home (OCOH) Fund to support services for people experiencing homelessness and to prevent homelessness. The OCOH Oversight Committee is an advisory committee that makes recommendations to the Mayor and the Board of Supervisors to ensure that the City uses the tax revenue in a manner consistent with the intent of the ballot measure. The OCOH Oversight Committee meets on the third Tuesday each month. HSH is an active participant in the monthly meetings.
