Homelessness Town Hall: Directors Shireen McSpadden and Sam Dodge

Do you have questions on how San Francisco is addressing homelessness? Directors Shireen Mcspadden (HOH) and Sam Dodge (HSOC) are coming!

Town hall meetings play a key role in our democracy. It’s a time where our elected officials can hear directly from the voters.

Manny’s started a monthly town hall with elected officials from all over the city to help facilitate discussion between the people and our representatives. Our third town hall is with tye Director of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, Shireen McSpadden, and the Director of the Healthy Streets Operation Center, Sam Dodge.

How we move folks off the street and into shelters and homes is a question on everyone’s mind in the City. We know you have questions so we’ve brought the two folks leading on the issue to you to answer them.

This will be a chance to ask your questions directly to the people who run our City and State.

Just you and them – the way politics should be. Manny’s is shortening the distance between you and the people in power.

The structure of this event will be an hour long Q&A with Shireen McSpadden and Sam Dodge. We hope to help solicit a more collaborative discussion and hear the diverse stories in our city.

Our City, Our Home Oversight Committee Town Hall

Members will present the Committee’s draft recommendations for OCOH spending and listen to your priorities.
